Drew's Field Trip

Drew had a field trip with his preschool class to Papa Murphy's pizza. The kids got to see how the dough is made, their large refrigerator, and best of all, they got to make their own personal pan pizza.

Hockey Hockey Hockey

Drew has been playing hockey this winter and really liking it. He gets better with each practice. Here are a couple pictures from hockey last night.

A Friends Bday Party

Drew and Kyra were invited to one of their friends 5th bday party. They both had a good time. Here are a couple of pictures from the party.

Drew's Surgery

On March 26th, Drew had surgery to remove his tonsils and adenoids, and put ear tubes in. Drew's surgery went really well. The doctor told Mike and I that both of Drew's tonsils were a 4 on a 1-4 scale (4 being the largest). The doctor also mentioned that Drew's adenoids were large too.

The recovery for tonsillectomy is compared to a roller coaster ride, some days good and some days bad. For Drew, he had all ok days. We were very thankful for that. He is fully recovered and doing great!

Spending Time at the Lodge

Every year, my dad's side of the family gets together to celebrate Christmas at The Lodge. It's always a great time. Drew and Kyra have so many 2nd cousins to play with; we hardly see them for hours. There are always activities going on: BINGO, playing outside, movie downstairs, playing the wii, chating by the fire, playing other games, or many other things.

Yet again, it was another great year. We all had so much fun with everyone. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Playing in MN

While we were in MN for the holidays, we stayed at my sister Emily's house. We took the kids out one afternoon, but it was really cold and windy. The first two pictures are of Drew with Natalie's blush on. Think they went a little overboard!
